A Seed Library is available in the Blackstone Public Library!

The Seed Library is sponsored by the Blackstone & Millville Garden Club and is available to all Blackstone Library patrons.
Getting Seeds
Look through the seed catalog and pick out seed packets that you would like to try. Pick only the number of seeds that you intend to plant, not the full packet.
Seed packets will have a little bit of information on them to help you get started, but it is also a good idea to search the internet or books to learn more about the seeds you choose. There are mini baggies available so you can pick what you need and leave the rest for other patrons, this ensure there is enough seeds to go around!
Giving Seeds
Please bring any seed donations and leave them in the bottom drawers of the seed cabinet.
If you're donating, please leave information on: what the seeds are, how old they are (when you harvested or bought them), are they organic or GMO, and other information that you have on the seeds. We accept seeds that you saved, as long as you know what they are. We also accept store bought seeds you may have.
Where can I find the Seed Library?
Come by the Blackstone Public Library to check out the Seed Library catalog. The catalog is located inside the library - when you enter the doors, turn left towards the young adult section.
